His professional journey reflects a strong passion for customer service, paired with a proactive and entrepreneurial drive. An adventurer at heart, Friederich/Fred is renowned for his love of good food and travel.

Elisa is a seasoned culinary arts and services manager with over 10 years in the culinary industry. She is an enterprising, energetic, and creative chef, always wearing a smile. A passionate traveller, Elisa deeply appreciates the gastronomy and cultural diversity of each country.
